PGA TOUR Q-School Tracker: Follow New Jersey Golfers on the Road to the PGA TOUR
KENILWORTH, N.J. - The road to the PGA TOUR is underway, and a contingent of New Jersey golfers is looking to take the next step in their professional careers through the 2026 PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry.
Among those competing are several familiar names in New Jersey Golf championship history, including two-time New Jersey Amateur Champion Dawson Jones (2017, 2019), 2023 Amateur Champion Jack Wall and 2022 Amateur Champion Will Celiberti. The field also features former William Y. Dear Junior Champions Dean Greyserman (2019, 2021) and Johnny Bush (2018), each looking to build on their success in the Garden State as they pursue opportunities at the professional level.
Taking place across the country, Q-School offers aspiring professionals an opportunity to advance through a series of qualifying stages, with the ultimate goal of earning status on the PGA TOUR or one of its developmental tours.
New Jersey Golf will track Garden State competitors throughout the qualifying process, providing updates on their results, advancement and upcoming competition as they pursue opportunities at the professional level.
How PGA TOUR Q-School Works
PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry consists of four stages of qualifying competition, beginning with Pre-Qualifying in September and concluding with Final Stage in December.
Players advance based on their performance at each stage, with qualifying spots determined by the size of the field at each site. While some competitors begin at Pre-Qualifying, others receive exemptions into later stages based on their previous accomplishments and playing status.
The ultimate prize awaits at Final Stage, where the top five finishers earn PGA TOUR membership for the 2027 season. Additional finishers earn status on the Korn Ferry Tour, while select performances at earlier stages can secure membership on PGA TOUR Americas or the Korn Ferry Tour.
2026 Q-School Schedule
Pre-Qualifying - September 16 - October 2
First Stage - October 20 - Nov. 6
Second Stage - Dec. 1 - 4
Final Stage - Dec. 10-13
