Competitive Golf

  • Troy Vannucci captured the 2026 Bergen County Amateur at Darlington Golf Course, adding another title to his impressive amateur résumé. (Learn More)

  • Fresh off his victory in the 68th New Jersey Senior Amateur Championship presented by Dunning at Suneagles Golf Club, Jamie Slonis is back in contention and currently leads the GAP Senior Amateur. (Learn More)

  • Vidhi Lakhawala is making her collegiate debut for Wake Forest at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M, which concludes on September 9. (Learn More)

  • The 99th New Jersey PGA Professional Championship is set for September 15-17 at Plainfield Country Club. (Learn More)

  • The Korn Ferry Tour Finals begin September 10 with the Simmons Bank Open as the season-long race for 20 PGA TOUR cards enters its final stretch. New Jersey natives Ryan McCormick and John Pak are in the field, with opening-round tee times of 1:20 and 1:50 p.m., respectively. (Learn More)

  • Katie Li sits atop the individual leaderboard as the Folds of Honor Collegiate heads into its final round on September 9. She is one of two golfers with New Jersey ties competing in the event, alongside Notre Dame’s Liam Pasternak. (Learn More)

  • Rayee Feng turned in an impressive collegiate debut for Harvard at the Nittany Lion Invitational, finishing fourth individually at 8-under par. Feng recorded 15 birdies over three rounds to help Harvard finish third in the team competition. (Learn More)

Junior Golf

  • New Jersey will be represented at both PGA Jr. League National Championships following a strong showing at the Region 3 Championships at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Fiddler’s Elbow 13u All-Stars and Haworth 17u All-Stars each captured regional titles to advance to their respective national championships later this fall. The 17u National Championship will be held at Twin Warriors Golf Club in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico, in October, while the 13u National Championship will take place at Fields Ranch West in Frisco, Texas, in November. NJ Golf Community

  • New Jersey Golf’s 100 Hole Hike is set for September 14 at Madison Golf Club. Proceeds will support Youth on Course, helping subsidize green fees at more than 30 partner courses across New Jersey and allowing junior golfers to play nine or 18 holes for just $5. (Learn More)

  • The Flintlock Barrel Society One Step Closer Animal Rescue Annual Golf Outing will be held October 5 at Picatinny Golf Club. The event benefits One Step Closer Animal Rescue (O.S.C.A.R.), a Sparta-based nonprofit dedicated to rescuing dogs from overcrowded shelters and helping them find permanent homes. (Learn More)

  • The 13th Annual R.A. Schiavone Memorial Cup is set for October 15-16 at Forsgate Country Club. The Pro/Senior Scratch Event honors the legacy of Ronald A.
