New Jersey Golf’s “Wednesday Roundup” will run weekly through the 2025 golf season. This weekly news summary will feature local stories and news from throughout the Garden State.   • The Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation and Palisades Medical Center Foundation are hosting a golf outing at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, NJ on June 30. Funds from the outing will go in support of the Emergency Department Residency Program at Hackensack Meridian Hackensack University Medical Center and towards the expansion of the Emergency Department at Hackensack Meridian Palisades Medical Center.   • The 2025 High School Boys Golf NJIC All-Division post-season honors were awarded on May 26, with five first-team honors being given to students from Glen Rock. (Click here for more

  • Olivia Gaglione of Morris Knolls High School shot a three-over par 38 at Farmstead Golf & Country Club to clinch her second straight NJAC Championship and help Morris Knolls win the team championship over Morristown-Beard High School.  (Click here for more

  • Four winners have been named for the NJ Golf Gail Reilly Scholarship. Samantha Reilly from Southern Regional HS was awarded $3,000 to go towards her first year of college. Noah Hyun of Lenape HS is the male lead recipient of $3,000 towards his first year. Ava Williams of Ocean City HS and Alex DeGrossa of Oakcrest HS were both given $1,250 each. (Click here for more

  • Registration for the 7th South Jersey Cup at Stone Harbor Golf Club is now open. The 18-hole stroke play event will take place on Oct. 28. (Click here for more

  • The Member Golf Day originally scheduled at Raritan Valley Country Club on June 23 has been moved to Black Oak Golf Club for the same date. Registration is still open. (Click for more

  • Tickets are on sale and volunteer registration is now open for the Shoprite LPGA Classic presented by Acer. The tournament is scheduled for June 6-8 and will take place at the Seaview Hotel and Golf Club in Galloway, NJ. As part of the “Team Shoprite” Sponsorship Program and their extended partnership with the LPGA, Shoprite will provide complimentary hotel accommodations for the entire tournament field.   • Registration for all Summer New Jersey Member Golf Days is now open. (Click here for more). 

  • The 2025 Passaic County Amateur Championship registration form and information is available now. The two-day event will be held at the Preakness Valley East & West Courses from June 21 – June 22 and is open to all Passaic County residents and county ID holders. A Handicap Index is required to play. (Click here for more). 

  • Registration is open for the Hasbrouck Heights Lions Club to host their Annual Golf Outing at Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park, NJ on June 11. Proceeds from the event go to help the Lions’ charitable causes.  (Click here for more

  • Entries are now open for multiple USGA Championships – 7th U.S. Senior Women’s Open (Entries close June 4), 125th U.S. Women’s Amateur (Entries close June 11), 70th U.S. Senior Amateur (Entries close June 18), 63rd U.S. Senior Women's Amateur (Entries close July 9), 44th U.S. Mid-Amateur (Entries close July 9), 38th U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur (Entries close August 6), 11th U.S. Women's Four-Ball (Entries close August 13), 11th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball (Entries close August 13) (Click for more)
