New Jersey Golf’s “Wednesday Roundup” will run weekly through the 2026 golf season. This weekly news summary will feature local stories and news from throughout the Garden State. At the 77th U.S. Junior Girls Championship in Durham, N.C. at Old Chatham Golf Club, took place as Jessica Kim, Sharon Kim, Angela Liang, Christine Park. Rayee Feng and Vidhi Lakhawala all compete. Lakhawala advanced to match play. The championship concludes on Saturday, July 18. (Learn More)

The Genesis Scottish Open concluded on Sunday, July 12, and both New Jersey players, Chris Gotterup and Max Greyserman, finished within the top 40. Gotterup, a Little Silver, NJ, native, finished T11 with a 10-under-par total and the Short Hills, NJ, native Greyserman carded a 4-under-par total to finish T36 (Learn More).

The 109th Met Junior Championship finishes on Wednesday, July 15, at the North Jersey Country Club in Wayne, N.J. Rory Asselta, Vertti Hamalainen, Jack Stamberger and Enzo Allain all advanced to the Round of 16 match play. Asselta and Hamalainen advanced to the quarterfinals. More results pending. (Learn More)

Ethan Lee of Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club claimed the 2026 Arcola Cup Invitational Championship. Lee recorded an outstanding 36-hole total of 140 (-4) to secure the championship. (Learn More)
