New Jersey Golf’s “Wednesday Roundup” will run weekly through the 2026 golf season. This weekly news summary will feature local stories and news from throughout the Garden State.   • Former New Jersey Open Champion Brent Paladino has made the cut at the PGA Professional Championhip at Bandon Dunes. The championship concludes today. (Click for more

  • Former New Jersey Amateur Champion Reed Greyserman finished in second at the Ivy League Championships held at Baltusrol Golf Club this past weekend. (Click for more

  • Three New Jersey golfers have advanced out of Local Qualifying for the 126th U.S. Open. Lowell Miller, Sammy Landers, and Derek Gutierrez. Final qualifying will be at various sites throughout the country on June 8. (Click for more

  • The Drew University men’s golf team won its second straight Landmark Conference title. Senior Elliot Parker won the individual title, shooting a 6-under-par 66 after opening with a 72 to capture his second career individual Landmark title. (Click for more

  • The U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball gets underway on May 2 at Daniel Island Club. New Jersey competitors and college teammates Samantha Galantini and Natalie Spiska are in the field. (Click for more

  • Vertti Hamalainen of Montclair won the Essex County Tournament at Hendricks Field Golf Course, shooting a 2-under par 68. (Click for more) 

  • Holmdel’s Tsai Yan (Diane) Chiang captured the Shore Conference Championship at Charleston Springs, shooting a 2-unde4r par 71. (Click for more

  • The We've Got Friends annual golf outing is July 13 at Glen Ridge Country Club. WGF is a New Jersey-based organization that creates safe and inclusive spaces for young people (ages 7-22) with intellectual and developmental disabilities to form meaningful connections with their peers. WGF hosts "hangouts" and special events where young people can make friends, share their unique talents and abilities, strengthen their sense of belonging, and gain self-confidence along the way.   • The Knights of Columbus, Council 6930, will hold their 22nd Annual Charity Golf Event on Friday, May 8, 2026. This year’s Foursome Scramble will be held at High Bridge Hills Golf Club. The day includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. 100% of the proceeds support local charities. (Click for more

  • The Endorphin Golf Outing & Dinner for Brain Health is set to take place on June 1 at Panther Valley Country Club. All proceeds go to the IES Brain Research Foundation Summer Fellowship Program in Neuroscience.
