Provident Bank, New Jersey Golf Extend Partnership
KENILWORTH, N.J. – New Jersey Golf is excited to announce the extension of its corporate partnership with Provident Bank on a multi-year basis, continuing their longstanding relationship which began in 2018.
Provident Bank, which has an enduring presence in New Jersey, dates back to its roots in 1839, when it opened as a community savings bank in Jersey City. Over the ensuing 185-plus years, Provident Bank has grown into a nearly $25 billion company with more than 140 branches throughout New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, as well as Queens and Nassau Counties in New York.
Through this partnership, Provident Bank will continue as the Official Bank of NJ Golf. In addition, Provident Bank will be the presenting sponsor of the NJ Amateur Championship (to be held July 7-9, 2025 at Essex County C.C.) and the Corporate Golf Challenge which serves as a major fundraiser for the NJ Golf Caddie Scholarship Foundation and the NJ Golf Youth Foundation. The Corporate Golf Challenge will be held on October 21 at Mountain Ridge Country Club.
