New Jersey Golf to Participate in 100 Hole Hike to Support Youth on Course

MADISON, N.J. - New Jersey Golf is proud to return for its fourth 100 Hole Hike at Madison Golf Club, set for June 9, 2025. Dedicated New Jersey golfers will take on the grueling challenge of walking and playing 100 holes in a single day — all to raise funds for a meaningful cause.

Proceeds from the hike will support Youth on Course, a national nonprofit that provides young people with affordable access to golf and opens doors to personal growth, career opportunities, and life skills through the game. All funds raised through the 100 Hole Hike directly support the subsidization of green fees at over 30 partner courses across New Jersey, allowing junior golfers to play 9 or 18 holes for just $5.

Rich Kennedy, NJ Golf Director of Handicapping & Membership Services as well as two former NJ Golf Presidents, Eric Houseknecht and Jeff Liebler will be participating in the hike. To support their efforts, visit Team NJ Golf.

Over the past two years, New Jersey Golf’s Youth on Course membership has grown significantly — from just 50 members to 614. This increase has led to a substantial rise in rounds played at participating Youth on Course partner facilities across the state."
